Meet the Team

Lenay Vale
Founder & Senior Leader
Lenay was called to ministry in 2000. In prayer, she had a vision of her and Jesus rescuing people from dark dungeons. He spoke Isa. 42:6-7 as her heart burned with compassion for his people. The first of many confirmations was a prophetic word where she was seen in an army suit, wearing a crown of victory and rescuing people from flames. Lenay met her husband and life partner in Bible College. They accepted an invitation to help plant a church in 2003--Lenay wore many hats in this season. Some fun ones were serving as the women's pastor, speaker, and house prophet. Her most favorite role is mother, which was granted her in 2006 with the birth of her daughter. It was on Mother's Day that she was ordained as minister. In 2008, Lenay discovered the great effectiveness of inner healing, listening prayer, and prophetic ministry to align individuals with the truth of their being. She was awed to bear witness as people discovered their connection to the Father's heart. This sparked her passion for equipping people to hear God for themselves and launched her into prayer counseling in 2010. She sought out mentorship from leaders in the field, including Jim and Pat Banks (who developed the trauma prayer model) and Andy Reese, author of Freedom Tools. As co-founders of Take This City, she and her husband trained hundreds of lay ministers and launched ministry teams in several churches. Hungry for more equipping, Lenay participated in the Leadership Development Course at Bethel Church in Redding, CA. This is where she learned that kingdom government looks like family with mothers and fathers at the helm, the importance of having the five fold gifts represented in ministry, and about kingdom culture which is marked by honor, righteousness and joy. In her time at Bethel, Lenay trained and served on the Healing Rooms ministry team where she joyfully saw countless healings. Upon returning to San Antonio, Lenay launched “Think With God," which empowers women through spiritual life coaching. A year later, with her coaching clients in mind, Lenay founded Inspired Women which hosts retreats aimed at authentically connecting women to the lavish love and voice of the Father tangibly. This happens within the context of a community where Jesus is central and experienced. It was out of these sacred gatherings, along with her Healers' MasterClasses, that the Freedom House was birthed! We are a tribe of spiritual mothers who are ready to open our arms to God's daughters. Lenay serves on the board as the Founding Member and President of FHN and is excited to latch arms with the women that comprise FHN and answer the Father's call to spread the freedom that's found in his house!

Staci is a founding member of this board and stepped in to get the formation documents prepared and continues to serve as the secretary of this board. She can be found most Wednesdays greeting their clients by name and sharing a smile and ear to listen to each story before they begin their trip through the pantry.
Staci met Lenay in 2017 when she began one on one spiriual coaching sessions. This was the beginning of her journey to freedom and learning about her own unique identity as a daughter. She continued this discovery of her design by joining book studies with Lenay and other women, participating in Inspired Retreats and later leading the intercession team and joining the planning team. She has also participated in the different courses and trainings offered by Lenay including her Healer's MasterClass and Mentorship program. It was during this study that she realized a passion to share the same healing she has received with others. She loves adventure and learning and is always looking for ways to share and empower others to encounter The One she Adores.
